The Sixth National Conference on the theme Enhancing Performance: Agenda for Growth was Inaugurated by Dr. Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice Chairman UGC on January 30, 2004. The Conference was enriched by contributions being made by 141 academicians, researchers and management scholars and and Bangladesh. 45 papers were presented besides the deliberations of eminent persons like Prof. Y. K. Bhushan, Advisor, ICFAI, Mumbai who was the keynote speaker in inaugural session.

The Fifth National Conference on the theme Changing Trends in Management: Challenges And Opportunities was inaugurated by Dr. Karan Singh, Hon'ble Member of Parliament on January 30, 2003. The conference saw the participation of eighty-six delegates representing various Institutions across the country. Sixty-one papers were presented besides the deliberations of eminent persons like Dr D.P.Agarwal, Director, Atal Behari Vajpayee IIITM, Gwalior and Dr. Om Kaul, Management Consultant, Mumbai, who were keynote speakers in inaugural and valedictory sessions respectively. The conference was co-sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

The Fourth National Conference on the theme titled Local Champions to Global Masters: Mobilizing for Growth was inaugurated by Dr. Bharat C. Chhaparwal, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Devi Ahilya University, Indore on January 30, 2002. The conference saw the participation of seventy delegates representing various institutions across the country. Fifty papers were presented besides the deliberations from many eminent persons like Dr. Dharni P. Sinha, Managing Director of Consortium of Strategic Management and Organization Development (COSMODE), Hyderabad and Chairman of All India Board of Management Studies - AICTE, New Delhi and Dr. Subash Sharma, Director, Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore who were the keynote speakers in the inaugural and valedictory sessions respectively.

The Third National Conference on the theme titled People, Processes and Organizations: Emerging Realities was inaugurated by Dr. Bhai Mahavir, Hon'ble Governor of Madhya Pradesh on January 30, 2001. The conference attracted eighty-two research papers contributed by academicians and executives representing various parts of the country. In all, forty-nine delegates shared their research experiences besides deliberations from many eminent scholars.

The Institute organized the First National Conference in collaboration with Praachi-Psycho Cultural Research Association on Human Behaviour and Management Practices in 21st Century on January 30-31, 1999. The conference had participation of ninety-nine delegates representing various Institutions of the country.
