The Institute has a well equipped spacious library with around seventeen thousand fifty four books and reports/ monographs on a large variety of management, computer applications and allied subjects. The library remains open for twelve hours on all working days. The catalogue with author and subject indices has been fully computerized. The library has a Journal Section which is being developed at par with other leading Institutes. The Institute receives ninety-six Research Journals including fourteen Foreign Journals regularly. A large number of newspapers and magazines are also procured for use in the library. The library provides the following services:

PIMR library was awarded the Best Library Rolling Shield for the year 2001-02 by Indore Division Library Association. The shield was presented by State Minister, Shri Sajjan Singh Verma on the occasion of International Book Day.
