A program by Langas and Manginiars was also held under Virasat 2001. The group sang Bhajans of Sufi Saints and Rajasthani folk like Mehandi to enchant the students.

The Institute organized under the Virasat 2001 series a film show about SPIC - MACAY and its activities and a show on the life and achievements of Ustad Bismillah Khan, the well known Shahnai Maestro.

A musical rendition was performed by Santoor Maestro, Shri Om Prakash Chaurasia at PIMR, Indore which was organized by the Institute in collaboration with SPIC-MACAY. He was accompanied on tabla by Shri Sanjay Mishra. The program concluded with question and answer session.

The Institute organized a Dhrupad recital on July 29, 2000 in collaboration with SPIC-MACAY where internationally renowned artists and vocalists, Shri Umakant, Shri Ramakant and Shri Akhilesh Gundecha performed raag Pradip and raag
Charukesi.
